By accessing and using Simplified Surveys™ ("Service"), a product of R Software & Consulting, LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Simplified Surveys for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

3. Service Description

Simplified Surveys™ provides online survey creation and data collection services. We offer various subscription tiers with different features and limits. Simplified Surveys™ is a trademark of R Software & Consulting, LLC.

4. Account Terms

• You must be 18 years or older to use this Service.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Payment Terms

• Paid services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for all fees.

6. Data Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You retain all rights to your survey data and responses.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Collect sensitive personal information without consent
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Violate any laws or regulations

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simplified Surveys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.
